Remote Service (From) $35.00
remote service starts from half hour labour. this is mainly for fault diagnostics. it is also for settings adjustments
(Must have internet connection)
Minor Service $95.00
A minor service includes 1.5 hours labour and includes fault diagnostics. it is also for backing up and recovering lost files/documents/photo’s
Major Service $180.00
A major service includes 3 hours labour and is mainly for system restores and clean installations. includes all Windows updates plus email and printer setup
Max Service $240.00
This is the maximum you will pay for labour and is capped at 4 hours.
Good for all hardware installations, System builds and data recovery where hard drive is faulty
Half Hour Rate* $35.00
Half hour rate is for when the first hour goes over so you won’t be charged an extra full hour
*Half hour rate only applies after the first hour except for ‘remote service’
1 Hour Rate $60.00
This is mainly for fault diagnosing, Printer installations & minor repairs
*Minimum onsite rate offered
1.5 Hour Rate $95.00
1.5 hours labour is mainly for hardware installations such as hard drives and includes back up of personal data
3 Hour Rate $180.00
3 hours labour is for system restores
and operating system re-installations
includes personal files backup
and all Windows updates
Computer repair labour discount 10%
